Position Overview
As a Junior Roofing Sales Representative, you will generate leads, meet with homeowners, conduct roof and property inspections, and guide customers throughout the roofing process from initial discussions to signed contracts. You will represent 3MG in the field with a professional demeanor while enhancing your product knowledge and sales skills through practical training and mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through door-knocking, networking, and referrals.
- Schedule and conduct appointments with homeowners, delivering engaging sales presentations.
- Perform roof and property inspections (comfortable working at heights).
- Clearly communicate to educate customers on the roofing process and available solutions.
- Manage customer relationships and cultivate a robust client base.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of roofing products, services, and the basics of insurance/retail processes.
