What Will You Be Doing?
As a Junior Sales Associate (or Sales Representative), you will represent Butternut Box at events, fairs, and markets throughout the Netherlands. You will be the face of our brand, ensuring that as many dog owners as possible are introduced to fresh dog food.
You will actively engage with people, enthusiastically sharing the benefits of fresh food without any additives and assist them in creating their first box. Our concept may be new to many, so your role is crucial: you'll ignite their enthusiasm, address objections, and create those “yes!” moments.
You'll work within a motivated team that encourages each other to improve. Coaching, training, and growth opportunities will be provided, making this an ideal role to gain practical experience in sales.
A Day in the Life
You’ll hop on a train to the RAI Amsterdam for a fair. When the doors open, you’ll be “on.” You will work towards targets: informing, exciting, and converting as many people as possible into new customers.
By the end of the day, you’ll have delighted dozens of new customers, met new colleagues, and earned well.
