About Us
At Workspace 365, we simplify everyday work. Our digital workplace provides employees in sectors such as healthcare, education, government, and commercial industries with unified access to applications, documents, and information. Our mission is: Everything simplified.
We are experiencing rapid growth, both nationally and internationally, and collaborate closely with a robust network of partners. Our culture is personal and forward-thinking, founded on core values:
You improve – we dare to think differently, making things simple and scalable.
You own – we take responsibility, celebrate successes, and learn from mistakes.
You learn – we support each other, provide feedback, and are open to new ideas.
Your Role
You will be the first point of contact with potential customers, creating visibility for Workspace 365 and initiating the sales process. You will work closely with our Partner Account Executives, who will take over the process thereafter.
You will guide the customer through the following steps:
Initial contact primarily via phone, sometimes through email or LinkedIn;
First phone appointment where you will identify the customer's IT needs/challenges;
Second meeting via video call presenting the digital workplace and what Workspace 365 can offer;
Third meeting for a demo showcasing a Workspace 365 setup tailored to the customer’s needs.
Your journey begins with training from our partner: Match-day. We will introduce you to the sales techniques we employ, and you will apply them. The first three months will focus on onboarding, during which you will learn about various sales techniques, Workspace 365, and the SaaS environment. Subsequently, you will implement your sales techniques and Workspace 365 knowledge with the goal of booking your first sales meetings!
Your development is prioritized through monthly Personal Success Meetings and weekly call training sessions. The PSMs are one-on-one with your team lead, and the call training occurs in a team setting.
