Role Overview:
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Junior Salesforce QA / Business Analyst to aid in requirement gathering, functional validation, and quality assurance on the Salesforce platform. This hybrid role demands strong analytical abilities along with foundational Salesforce knowledge and practical testing experience.
Key Responsibilities as a Business Analyst:
- Collect and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
- Create user stories and define acceptance criteria.
- Conduct requirement reviews with technical teams.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and communicate with business users.
- Assist with solution validation and functional clarifications.
Key Responsibilities in Quality Assurance:
- Design test scenarios, test cases, and prepare test data.
- Execute functional, regression, and integration testing within Salesforce.
- Ensure comprehensive validation of developed features and functionalities.
