Required Experience:A minimum of 1 year of full-time paid professional experience in scheduling for an Owner or General Contractor, ideally with experience in multiple educational facilities or public works projects. Required Skills:Proficiency in the latest version of Primavera and MS Office Suite. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Ability to develop effective working relationships with project teams and departmental staff. Exceptional organizational and planning skills. Required Education:Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management from a recognized college or university.

The Tsui Group is actively looking for a qualified and experienced Junior Scheduler to join our team, focusing on large educational facility construction projects in Los Angeles County. In this role, you will:

  • Assist lead schedulers in updating program schedules while effectively coordinating with various Facilities teams.
  • Analyze schedules to ensure proper application of program-level standard codes, layouts, and reports to maintain data integrity.
  • Conduct quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) on Primavera P6 schedules, validating logic ties to adhere to scheduling guidelines applicable to various project types.
  • Perform QA/QC on schedule submissions from contractors to confirm compliance with contract scope and terms.
  • Interpret architectural drawings to assess whether tasks fall within or outside the project scope, while understanding contract terms to evaluate the validity of compensable or non-compensable time extensions.
  • Execute Critical Path Method and Earned Value Analysis to track project performance.
  • Support the scheduling team with project reporting as required.
