Role overview

This Junior Security Operations Engineer role is based in Dublin, Ireland or Amsterdam, Netherlands. The position supports Telnyx’s Security Operations (SecOps) program, with a focus on hands-on work and tool development to strengthen security triage, investigation, and response.

What you will do

  • Develop and improve AI-assisted security tools, including triage agents for bug bounty submissions, investigation copilots for log and SIEM data, and response workflows that propose and track remediation steps.
  • Split time between building these tools and reproducing vulnerabilities to strengthen the company’s security posture.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Operations Director and the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) lead.
  • Contribute to vulnerability management, threat response, dark web monitoring, and internal security tooling.
