As a Junior Shutter Installer at Veneta.com, you'll start your day by joining an experienced installer in the Utrecht region as you travel to various clients in Utrecht and its surroundings. From new homes to new clients, and sometimes even high-profile personalities, no two days will ever be the same, and that’s exactly what you’re looking for.
You will learn the trade through practical experience. Forget about dull classroom lectures; here, you’ll get hands-on training. Together with your colleague, you’ll install window coverings and gradually learn everything you need to become a fully qualified shutter installer.
Your Challenge
As a Junior Installer, you’ll be on the move and always engaged. You’ll start your day at 8:00 AM with your first client, working diligently and carefully to achieve a high-quality end result. At Veneta, quality is always our top priority.
If there are changes in a client’s space, like freshly plastered walls or an unexpected situation, you’ll collaborate with your colleague to find the best solution. If a job runs over schedule, you’ll communicate with the planning team. Teamwork is essential!
You’ll be paired with an experienced installer who will teach you everything, from installation to effectively managing unexpected situations. In about 2 to 3 years, you will progress to becoming an independent shutter installer. At the end of the day, you’ll return home feeling accomplished and wrap up the day with your colleagues.
What We Offer
A salary ranging from €2,580 to €2,700 gross, depending on your experience.
Monthly bonus of up to €150 and an annual bonus of up to €1,500.
25 vacation days plus an additional monthly vacation allowance of 8%.
