We are seeking a motivated and culturally aware Junior Strategist to become a vital part of our strategy team. Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-depth research to identify audience behaviors, cultural trends, and emerging communities.
Utilize an anthropological perspective to explore what unites individuals around common passions and beliefs.
Assist in developing insight-driven strategies for brand experiences and marketing campaigns.
Translate research findings into clear, actionable insights that motivate our creative teams.
Qualifications
Recent graduate with 0–2 years of experience, preferably in a field such as:
Business, Marketing, Design Thinking, Anthropology, or a related discipline.
Proven research and analytical skills.
A genuine curiosity about people, fandoms, and cultural dynamics.
A passion for exploring diverse audiences across various interests.
Strong communication skills, clear thinking, and a collaborative spirit.
Preferred Qualifications
Engagement with internet culture, fandoms, or subcultures.
Experience in consumer research, ethnography, or social listening.
