What You Bring to the Table 0–3 years of experience in building customer-facing web applications (portfolio or live projects required). Proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, variants, design tokens, FigJam). Experience with React or Angular, modern TypeScript, and component-based architectures. Strong understanding of HTML semantics, CSS layouts (Flexbox/Grid), responsive design, accessibility (WCAG 2.2), and performance optimization. Familiarity with design systems (Material, Ant, Radix, or your own), animation libraries (Framer Motion, GSAP), and testing frameworks (Jest, Testing Library, Cypress). Comfortable working in an Agile, CI/CD environment (GitLab CI/CD, Vercel/AWS). A user-centered approach—ability to convert business objectives into user-friendly flows and interactions. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Your Role and Impact

As we expand our product offerings, we are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior UI Engineer who will take charge of the entire front-end development process—from translating Figma designs into pixel-perfect production code. If you have a keen eye for typography, motion design, and a love for coding, you’ll thrive in our team.

Key Responsibilities

Design (40%): Create engaging user interfaces using Figma, focusing on information architecture, low- to high-fidelity mock-ups, interactive prototypes, component libraries, accessibility, and responsive design.

Development (40%): Implement designs using modern HTML, semantic CSS/SCSS (or Tailwind), TypeScript, and either React (Next.js) or Angular. Ensure the maintenance of a clean, reusable component system.

User Testing (10%): Conduct usability tests, analyze user behavior through analytics and heatmaps, and utilize insights to drive design improvements.

Collaboration (10%): Work closely with product managers, full-stack/backend engineers, and QA teams to deliver features from conception to deployment. Participate in code reviews and enhance our developer experience tooling (e.g., Storybook, ESLint, Husky).
