We expect you to have:
At least 1 year of commercial experience in UI/UX design.
Proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, variables, components, design systems).
Experience or interest in AI tools for image generation (Midjourney, Nano Banana, Chat GPT, etc.).
A strong aesthetic sense in UI design: your interfaces should be user-friendly, intuitive, and visually impressive.
Basic understanding of conducting user research and familiarity with product and business metrics.
A high motivation for growth in design.
A willingness to take responsibility and ownership of outcomes.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt.
It would be a plus if you have:
Experience/skill in designing user scenarios: from flow logic to thoughtful UI details.
Experience conducting research (marketing, user interviews, etc.).
