WebFX is on the lookout for an enthusiastic entry-level candidate to join our Project Management team! If you hold a bachelor's degree (or are about to graduate), have a strong academic background, and are eager to explore the realms of project management and web technology, we want to hear from you! While related experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory as we provide comprehensive training to equip you with the necessary skills.
Qualifications: Who You Are
Education:
- A Bachelor's Degree: All majors are welcome!
- GPA: 3.4 or higher
(Upcoming graduates are encouraged to apply as we frequently interview and hire up to a year in advance!)
Preferred Experience and Skills:
- Previous part-time, summer jobs, or internships (any field)
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Experience in customer service (any industry)
- Presentation proficiency
- Familiarity with digital marketing (a plus!)
- Knowledge of project management (a plus!)
Tools/Technical Skills:
(Not required, but great to have!)
- Proficient in Excel/Google Suite
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or UX design

Job Responsibilities: What You'll Learn to Do
Plan and Manage Website Design Projects
(Approximately 45% of your daily duties)
- Develop and specify requirements for website projects, incorporating UX best practices
- Organize and manage project timelines, ensuring clear communication with the internal team
- Guarantee timely project completion, within scope, and aligned with client objectives
- Address issues as they arise through effective communication and innovative problem-solving.
