Role Overview
Digitalagentur1 is hiring a Key Account Manager / Customer Success (m/w/d) for a permanent, full-time position in Aichach, Bayern. This role centers on maintaining strong client relationships, especially within the legal sector, and ensuring clear, regular communication. The team seeks someone quick-thinking and efficient to help manage a growing client base and order volume.
What You Will Do
- Hold proactive update calls with clients about every four weeks.
- Serve as the main contact for client questions, concerns, and feedback.
- Develop and maintain lasting client relationships.
- Receive and process client inquiries centrally.
- Monitor client satisfaction and introduce improvements where needed.
- Document outcomes from conversations and share relevant information internally and externally.
- Communicate directly and by phone with clients on organizational topics.
