Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the iGaming industry, preferably in a B2B strategic role. Strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of business development processes. Proven track record of generating results in a complex commercial landscape. Experienced in effective senior-level client management. Demonstrated capabilities in team management. Analytical mindset with strategic thinking abilities. A genuine enthusiasm for sales, negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving. Preferred educational background in a relevant field. Exceptional communication and writing skills in English; proficiency in an additional language is a plus. Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Willingness to travel and work outside standard office hours as required. Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

  • Collaborate with in-house teams and operators to facilitate promotional fulfillment and conduct campaign analysis.
  • Monitor promotional campaign performance closely to identify and address any issues that may arise.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to refine strategies and ensure that KPI targets are consistently achieved.
  • Represent the full spectrum of the company's innovative product offerings.
  • Share information with clients regarding upcoming game releases and business opportunities.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal departments and external clients.
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients facing issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Conduct root-cause analyses and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Proactively evaluate and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of company solutions that align with client objectives and needs.
