Kitchen Installation Assistant – Indianapolis, IN

The Kitchen Installation Assistant works alongside experienced installers to deliver quality remodeling projects. This role supports both the hands-on installation process and the final steps that ensure customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do

Assist with installing home remodeling products according to company standards
Handle finishing work and contribute across a range of construction tasks
Connect with management after installation to confirm customer satisfaction and help complete final payments
Work with homeowners to review and complete carpentry job checklists at project close

What We Look For

At least 6 months of experience in remodeling, carpentry, or construction
Comfort with window replacement or wrapping techniques
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Strong communication and customer service skills for clear interactions with homeowners and teammates

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly pay between $20 and $32.50
Consistent Monday to Friday schedule
