Role Overview

The Lab Operations and Partnerships Manager will manage relationships with Lucis’s growing network of laboratory partners throughout Europe. Lucis is a team of 23, currently serving over 10,000 paying members in three markets, with plans to enter three more by 2026.

Note: This is not a customer support role. The position involves direct communication with laboratories, requiring a strong grasp of lab operations, regulatory requirements, and partnership building in health and diagnostics. Collaboration with the Customer Success team will focus on addressing systemic issues, not handling individual support tickets.

What You Will Do

  • Manage the full lifecycle of laboratory partner relationships across all markets.
  • Track service level agreements, uphold quality standards, and address systemic challenges.
  • Coordinate networks across markets to maintain consistent SOPs and quality benchmarks among lab partners.
  • Visit collection centers and processing sites to build operational trust and identify issues on-site.
  • Lead training and alignment for lab staff on Lucis protocols, sample handling, and exception processes.
  • Oversee onboarding for new partners, covering operational, contractual, and technical steps.
  • Develop and update playbooks, SOPs, and documentation needed for team operations.
  • Maintain data hygiene and ensure GDPR compliance for health data management.
