About Our Practice
Our internationally acclaimed arbitration practice spans across borders, legal systems, and sectors, providing assistance in institutional, ad hoc, and investor-state arbitrations. We focus on making a meaningful impact for our clients, who range from energy and technology firms to financial institutions and states, relying on us to manage their most intricate and strategic cases. Effective arbitration demands more than just legal knowledge; our team collaborates closely with clients and industry specialists to fully understand every facet of the case. This in-depth comprehension allows us to advocate for our clients with conviction and legal practicality.
At our firm, the Arbitration and Corporate Litigation practice groups function as a cohesive unit. As a law assistant, you may be involved in matters spanning both sectors, given the substantial overlap in our work. While you may express a preference for either Arbitration or Corporate Litigation during the application process, we typically consider candidates for both fields by default. This structure ensures a comprehensive experience and exposure to a wide array of complex disputes.
