Role overview
The Lead Android Engineer will help shape the mobile experience for millions of users. Flo Health’s app serves one in four women aged 18–44 in the U. S. and is available in more than 100 countries. Machine learning and AI power its cycle predictions and personalized health insights, making accuracy and credibility central to the product.
What you will do
- Develop and refine large-scale Android applications with responsive, accessible, and privacy-focused interfaces.
- Collaborate in a cross-functional team throughout the full mobile development lifecycle, from concept to release and iteration.
- Own the delivery of value, not just features, and contribute to meaningful improvements in women's health technology.
- Lead product initiatives, experiment with new ideas, and implement solutions that have real impact beyond routine backlog work.
- Drive product evolution by adapting to user needs and championing improvements.
