Your Role
We are seeking a passionate Lead Cloud Infrastructure Engineer eager to contribute to something greater! In this pivotal role, you will develop highly scalable solutions utilized by millions, guiding the technical roadmap while tackling complex challenges related to scalability, high availability, performance, optimization, and automation. You will be an advocate for adopting cutting-edge services and technologies, significantly influencing the future direction of our technical stack.
This position requires you to work onsite three days a week in Paris.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the architecture for availability, scalability, and performance of service environments, establishing standards for the team.
- Continuously evaluate existing infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, availability, and security, while formulating a long-term strategy.
- Develop advanced security capabilities and spearhead the implementation of security best practices across the company through advocacy and training.
- Lead automation strategies for infrastructure deployment and configuration, creating and standardizing CI/CD pipelines for applications, and promoting best practices throughout the engineering organization.
- Execute development, automation, and deployment tasks as a subject matter expert and primary escalation point.
- Provide hands-on leadership in application development and cloud technology, offering mentorship and support to team members.
- Manage costs, anticipate infrastructure needs, and propose and implement new solutions in collaboration with development teams.
