Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Data Analyst to drive data-informed decision-making within our Marketing team. You will play a pivotal role in every aspect of our marketing strategy—from initial ROI modeling to the design and analysis of experiments that propel global growth. Acting as the primary liaison for our Growth, SEO, and International teams, you will work closely with marketing leadership to define and refine our strategic direction.

Your responsibilities will include designing measurement frameworks, analyzing performance metrics, and determining optimal investment strategies. You will have the authority to diagnose the root causes of metric fluctuations and articulate the broader narrative of marketplace performance to the entire organization. When data indicates the need for change, you will rally the necessary evidence and stakeholders to drive effective solutions.

This is a hybrid role with a commitment to working in our Barcelona office in the Poblenou neighborhood at least two days a week, specifically on Mondays and Thursdays. Therefore, candidates must either be based in Barcelona or be willing to relocate.
