What does the role involve?
Become a key member of NICE’s Research Group and contribute to pioneering AI advancements for enterprise customer experience. As a Lead Data Science Researcher, you will spearhead impactful research initiatives in NLP, Computer Vision, and multimodal systems, with a particular focus on large language models (LLMs) and agentic AI systems.
Your role will blend hands-on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities—guiding the team, mentoring colleagues, and transforming innovative concepts into robust, production-grade solutions that enhance NICE’s contact center offerings.
You will work in close collaboration with fellow researchers, engineers, product leaders, and domain experts to shape strategy, validate research hypotheses, and drive the transition from experimental systems to reliable, real-world applications.
