What does this role entail?
Join NICE’s Research Group and contribute to shaping the future of AI in enterprise customer experience. As a Lead Data Science Researcher, you will spearhead impactful research initiatives in NLP, Vision, and multimodal domains, emphasizing large language models (LLMs) and agentic AI systems.
Your role will involve a blend of hands-on technical expertise and leadership—guiding teams, mentoring colleagues, and transforming groundbreaking ideas into dependable, production-grade solutions for NICE’s contact center offerings.
Collaboration will be key, as you will work closely with researchers, engineers, product leaders, and subject matter experts to strategize, validate research hypotheses, and lead the transition from experimental agentic systems to reliable real-world deployments.
