Position Overview
The Lead Designer is essential in crafting and enhancing the visual identity of Seattle Sounders FC. This role combines hands-on design expertise with creative leadership, driving design direction and elevating project outcomes. You will be responsible for developing innovative creative concepts, visual strategies, and ensuring design quality across various platforms.
Collaborating closely with the Executive Creative Director, you will establish creative approaches, set visual standards, and align with stakeholders to ensure the cohesive execution of ideas across campaigns and brand initiatives. This role calls for a designer who is not only skilled in design but also possesses strategic thinking abilities and can inspire and guide other designers to achieve high-quality results.
As a Lead Designer, you will own significant projects from inception to completion while mentoring fellow designers, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
