Overview
We are on the lookout for a skilled CX Systems Developer Lead to architect, develop, and enhance integrated consumer experience solutions utilizing Salesforce Service Cloud and our Enterprise CCaaS platform, including Zoom, Genesys, and Amazon Connect. This hands-on position will focus on creating workflows, APIs, and automation that seamlessly connect CRM, contact center, and enterprise systems to foster a cohesive omnichannel consumer experience.
In this role, you will work at the intersection of CRM, CCaaS, integrations, and AI, making contributions to intelligent automation, conversational interfaces, and data-driven workflows that enhance outcomes for both consumers and agents.
