We are seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to join our CSA Infrastructure group. In this pivotal role, you will provide technical leadership, driving the design, scalability, security, and operational excellence of our cloud platforms. You will mentor engineers and establish best practices in DevOps across teams.
Your impact will be significant through:
- Leading the design, evolution, and management of extensive cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure, ensuring high availability, security, resilience, and cost efficiency.
- Driving the Infrastructure as Code (IaC) strategy to guarantee consistency, reusability, and maintainability across various environments and development teams.
- Serving as the technical authority for resolving complex production issues and leading root-cause analysis efforts.
- Working closely with development, QA, security, and product teams to align infrastructure with business and product needs.
- Mentoring and guiding DevOps engineers, nurturing a culture of ownership, learning, and continuous improvement.
- Leading initiatives focused on observability, monitoring, alerting, and incident response.
- Identifying risks, technical debt, and optimization opportunities proactively.
- Evaluating and implementing new tools, technologies, and AI-driven automation to enhance efficiency and reliability.
