As the Lead Electrical Engineer - Critical Facilities, you will serve as the Engineer of Record on designated projects, conducting coordination meetings and leading your team effectively. Your responsibilities will also include budgeting, scheduling, and staff management. Key responsibilities include: Conducting thorough and unbiased employee evaluations. Acting as the Engineer of Record on assigned projects. Supporting the Technical Manager and Chief Engineer with technical training and mentorship for team members. Coordinating and assigning project tasks to the engineering team (e.g., system design and project engineering). Establishing design standards, specifications, and criteria. Overseeing staff members in their project tasks. Managing construction administrative duties, including field reports, RFIs, and processing Bulletins and Addenda. Collaborating with accounting to generate monthly project invoices and monitor accounts receivable. Overseeing all communication between staff, clients, contractors, and owners. Contributing to firm-wide expert training initiatives.
