Qualifications

As a Lead Electrical Engineer - Critical Facilities, you will serve as the Engineer of Record for dedicated projects and oversee coordination meetings. Your leadership will guide staff in executing their responsibilities while participating in budgeting, scheduling, and personnel management. Key responsibilities include: Conducting objective and comprehensive employee evaluations periodically. Acting as the “Engineer of Record” on assigned projects. Supporting the Technical Manager and Chief Engineer in technical training and mentoring of staff. Coordinating project assignments within the engineering team (system design and project engineering). Establishing design standards, specifications, and criteria for projects. Leading and supervising team members in their daily tasks. Managing construction administrative duties, such as field reports, responses to RFIs, and processing Bulletins and Addenda. Collaborating with accounting to prepare monthly project invoices and monitor accounts receivable. Overseeing all correspondence between staff, clients, contractors, and owners.
