Role Overview

As the Lead Electrical Engineering Technician within our Hardware Engineering team, you will oversee all electronic components, both on and off the vehicle, while establishing essential processes for system calibration and integration. You will collaborate closely with the Systems Engineering team to develop architectures that fulfill our operational requirements and ensure successful production. Your role entails working within a diverse multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality vehicles, adhering to engineering best practices, and demonstrating the ability to be resourceful when required. Your expertise in selecting, integrating, and troubleshooting electronic systems will be crucial, and your hands-on involvement—whether in reviewing prototypes or validating system performance—will be key to informed decision-making and effective project execution.
