Our infrastructure, ranging from complex control installations to critical safety systems, requires exceptional craftsmanship. As a Lead Electrical Technician, you will be at the forefront of maintaining bridges, locks, dikes, and tunnels. You will oversee electrical work, ensure technical integrity, and guarantee that malfunctions and maintenance tasks are conducted safely and efficiently. This role represents the pinnacle of execution work.
Your Responsibilities:
Lead electrical maintenance and renovation activities for bridges, locks, dikes, and tunnels.
Manage daily operations of electrical teams (electrical engineering / industrial automation).
Monitor planning, quality, safety (VCA), work permits, and progress on-site.
Provide technical guidance, coaching, and conduct inspections (NEN3140 / maintenance protocols).
Identify deviations, risks, and safety issues, resolving or escalating them as necessary.
Ensure accurate material provision and coordination with suppliers and subcontractors.
Consult with clients regarding progress, technical decisions, and potential improvements.
Report on completed tasks through digital systems (e.g., Ultimo / Vialis systems).
Contribute to optimizing maintenance processes and asset availability.
