vdkgroep is growing its project business in Berlin, focusing on electrical installations from 1-20KV and hospital systems with call and safety technology. The team is looking for a Lead Electrical Technician (m/f/d) to take charge of projects and work directly with colleagues on-site.
Role overview
- Independently lead electrical construction sites from initial preparation through to project handover.
- Coordinate electricians, subcontractors, and other trades on-site to keep projects on track.
- Maintain close communication with project management, clients, and planners to support project success.
- Organize material procurement and oversee smooth construction processes.
- Monitor schedules, costs, and quality, taking action to address any deviations.
- Prepare measurements and assist with billing documentation.
- Work primarily in the Berlin and Potsdam region.

Requirements
- Completed training in electrical engineering, ideally with further education as a master or technician.
- 2–5 years of experience leading electrical construction projects.
- Hands-on experience organizing and managing construction sites.
- Strong leadership skills, decisiveness, and a confident presence.
- Structured, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
