What will you do?
As the Lead Electrician in the infrastructure sector, you will work on challenging renovation projects involving bridges, tunnels, locks, and water barriers. You will be responsible for the execution and coordination of electrical tasks on site, with a strong focus on control and security systems.
You will begin projects such as ProRail bridges (Wherebrug, Vechtbrug) and the Rozenburg Lock, and from there, you will engage in various infrastructure projects within the Randstad region.
Your responsibilities include:
Leading and guiding a team of 3 to 4 electricians
Coordinating assembly tasks within BSK and tunnel renovations
Pulling and connecting cables and wiring control cabinets
Installing and testing new control and security systems
Conducting and overseeing FAT and FIT tests
Ensuring quality, safety, and progress of the tasks
Collaborating with project management, engineers, and other involved parties
You are a hands-on foreman who keeps an overview while also being actively involved in the execution.
Responsibilities:
Supervising electricians at project sites
Ensuring correct and safe execution of electrical tasks
Identifying and resolving technical issues
Monitoring planning, quality, and progress
Reporting on tasks and deviations
Contributing to a safe working environment
