Resource Innovations is excited to invite a highly skilled Lead Energy Efficiency Engineer to our expanding team in Iowa. This role is designed for a motivated professional with a robust background in energy management and custom engineering. As a Lead Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in equipping our clients with the tools and insights necessary to recognize, assess, and implement cost-effective energy efficiency initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to commercial and industrial clients, utility partners, and program staff.
- Conduct energy audits and retro-commissioning studies at client facilities to identify and verify energy efficiency measures.
- Develop and maintain technical tools and calculators for evaluating energy efficiency initiatives.
- Offer prompt technical feedback and program insights, actively listening to client needs, managing expectations, and delivering on commitments.
- Champion energy efficiency initiatives by identifying obstacles and proposing effective solutions.
- Support RI's utility programs under the guidance of the Office Head or Program Manager to meet program energy savings targets.
- Create high-quality deliverables, including reports and spreadsheets, with minimal quality control oversight.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients.
- Gather feedback, advocate for necessary changes, and implement effective solutions.
- Perform additional duties as required.
