As the preferred AI code review platform for thousands of engineering teams, CodeRabbit is at a transformative stage where exceptional field marketing can convert developer awareness into a robust pipeline. We seek a seasoned Field Marketing Manager to oversee our North American marketing initiatives, including event participation, community engagement, and partner collaborations with industry giants like GitHub, GitLab, AWS, and Google Cloud.
This is a strategic leadership role, where you will define marketing strategies, manage budgets, and evaluate success based on pipeline metrics. You will represent CodeRabbit prominently at major events such as KubeCon, GitHub Universe, and significant AI developer summits.
Your Responsibilities
- Field Strategy Leadership: Develop and refine our regional and global marketing strategy, determining key events, sponsorships, and partnerships, underpinned by data-driven insights.
- Pipeline Development: Collaborate with Sales and SDR leaders to create impactful programs that drive qualified meetings and expedite opportunities, while owning the metrics related to sourced and influenced pipelines.
- Event Management: Oversee our presence at premier developer and DevOps conferences, managing all aspects from booths and content to staffing and post-event follow-ups.
- Community Engagement: Foster relationships with local engineering communities and user groups, focusing on AI/ML meetups where potential buyers congregate.
- Co-Marketing Initiatives: Drive collaborative field activities with key partners, organizing joint events and co-branded marketing efforts.
- Customer Engagement: Facilitate customer advisory boards and executive roundtables to convert champions into references and support business expansions.
