About the Position:
As our Lead Frontend Engineer - Agentic Interfaces, you will spearhead the design and development of the user-facing elements of our agentic systems. Your expertise will shape the way users engage with AI technology across various platforms, including desktop applications and web browsers. You will collaborate closely with engineers, machine learning researchers, and backend teams to create user experiences that are not only functional but also intuitively accessible.
Your Responsibilities Include:
Crafting and developing user interfaces for both browser and desktop applications
Creating and maintaining comprehensive component libraries and styling systems
Analyzing user interactions and refining user flows based on feedback and usage data
Prototyping and implementing UI features in conjunction with machine learning and backend teams
Simplifying the complexities of AI products to ensure they are accessible and empowering for a diverse user base
Qualifications:
Proficient in frontend technologies, with a strong command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript
Hands-on experience with modern frameworks, particularly React
A keen eye for UI detail and usability, maintaining a user-centric approach
Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate designs using tools like Figma
Experience in designing responsive, accessible, and high-performance user interfaces
Strong understanding of human-computer interaction principles, accessibility, and visual design
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with engineers, designers, and researchers
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in designing or developing browser extensions or desktop applications (e.g., Electron, Tauri)
Familiarity with mobile platforms and responsive design is a plus
Prior involvement in products featuring complex workflows, automation, or agentic behaviors
Interest or experience in backend development, APIs, or AI systems
