We are seeking a Lead Developer at Theodo GovTech to ensure public stakeholders' satisfaction through the creation of products that enhance the quality of public services delivered to citizens, associations, and enterprises.

Your Responsibilities Will Be Divided Into Three Areas:

- Ensure Project Delivery and Quality

Engage in the most complex designs and features, ensuring that these can be implemented effectively by the development teams. Guarantee the quality of the architecture and the code produced through Theodo's methodologies (3S) and routines (code reviews).

- Serve as the Client's Main Contact

Maintain continuous client satisfaction by participating in regular meetings (backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and ceremonies).

- Oversee Software Engineer Success on the Project

Mentor your team through routines like code reviews and pair programming. Conduct one-on-one sessions with each team member to provide on-the-ground support.
