Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including central air, ductless splits, VRF systems, and gas/electric heating units.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners and clients.
  • Follow safety protocols and ensure all work meets industry standards.
  • Document service visits and updates using ServiceTitan software.
  • Participate in emergency service calls as part of the on-call rotation.
