Your Responsibilities

As a Lead HVAC Technician, you will be an integral part of our service team, responsible for:

  • Diagnosing and repairing residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including central air, ductless splits, VRF systems, and gas/electric heating

  • Communicating clearly and courteously with homeowners and clients

  • Ensuring all work is conducted safely and meets industry standards

  • Utilizing ServiceTitan software to document service visits and updates

  • Participating in emergency service calls as part of the on-call rotation
