Your Role:

As the Hydropower Lead, you will play a pivotal role in our expanding hydro team, overseeing both technical and business aspects of projects. Your responsibilities will include team leadership, project delivery, and nurturing international client and supply chain relationships. You will collaborate with global hydro colleagues, focusing on projects primarily within the UK, Ireland, and across Europe and India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and direct major hydropower projects, ensuring successful completion through effective team leadership and client communication.
  • Lead the pursuit of significant hydropower projects, preparing major proposals, and engaging with clients.
  • Support senior leadership in formulating business strategies for hydropower based on market trends and insights.
