Guidepost Montessori is hiring for the role of Montessori Assistant Guide at its Spruce Tree campus in Raleigh, North Carolina. This position supports children from infancy through preschool, focusing on ages 0–6. Role overview Assistant Guides help foster independence, confidence, and a genuine love of learning in young children. The role centers on creating a calm, welcoming classroom where each child can develop at their own pace. Assistant Guides collaborate with Lead Guides and other team members to keep the environment organized and inviting. Daily work involves guiding children through individual and small-group activities with care and respect.
