The in-house platform, LeadExpert, powers these operations by routing, validating, and managing every lead. This system is central to Manna's technical edge in the industry. Role Overview: Fullstack Developer Manna is expanding its engineering team to support a roadmap focused on new platform features, deeper partner integrations, and AI-driven enhancements. The Fullstack Developer will take ownership of significant roadmap items, with the chance to influence both revenue and the company’s move toward an AI-first approach. What You Will Do Develop new platform features from idea to production, always considering operational priorities. Integrate AI solutions by deploying production-ready LLM integrations within the platform and related tools. Handle API and data integrations, connecting partner endpoints, webhooks, and CRM systems smoothly. Maintain platform reliability by identifying root causes of issues and supporting consistent release cycles. Improve the system with thorough bug fixes and structural updates. Take full-stack responsibility, focusing mainly on backend work (PHP/MySQL) and enhancing the admin UI (HTML/CSS/JS, currently jQuery). Offer technical guidance, sharing insights on architecture, tooling, and AI-related decisions. Location This role is based in Amsterdam, Noord-Holland, Netherlands.
