What You Will Do: Lead, architect, and build React projects in both client and server-side environments. Estimate JavaScript work and break down goals into clearly defined, executable tasks. Coach and mentor fellow engineers to elevate the team's capabilities. Seamlessly connect engineering deliverables with client business objectives. Contribute to enhancing the web by meticulously crafting applications and tools that engage millions of online visitors daily. About You: You are passionate about building scalable web-based JavaScript applications utilizing ES6+, React, and Node. Well-versed in React architecture, including state and data management, JSX, component systems, and JavaScript tooling. Knowledgeable in PHP within WordPress, including custom post types, taxonomies, and advanced usage beyond standard blogging. You have a portfolio showcasing real-world coding samples. Share your best work on GitHub, and you’ll be exempt from live coding or whiteboard tests!Preferred fully remote work, engaging effectively within a distributed team from your chosen location.
