The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical engineering with proven leadership capabilities. Responsibilities include: Acting as the Engineer of Record for designated projects, ensuring compliance with design standards and specifications. Leading project coordination meetings and supervising engineering staff in their daily tasks. Contributing to budgeting, scheduling, and staff management to optimize project delivery. Conducting comprehensive employee performance evaluations and mentoring junior staff. Managing construction administrative tasks, including field reports, RFIs, and processing project documentation. Collaborating with accounting to prepare accurate project invoices and monitor accounts receivable. Engaging in the firmwide Expert Teams committee to share knowledge and improve practices.

You will oversee project assignments, coordinate activities among team members, and guide them throughout the project lifecycle.
