Key Responsibilities
- Architect and supervise the development of PHP applications, focusing on scalability, performance, and ease of maintenance.
- Facilitate technical planning and design discussions, influencing essential technology and architectural choices.
- Work closely with developers, DevOps, and QA teams to promote and implement best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
- Ensure applications adhere to strict security and compliance guidelines throughout their development lifecycle.
- Mentor development teams, conduct code reviews, and provide technical support.
- Explore and implement emerging technologies to boost functionality, performance, and scalability.
Qualifications
- Substantial experience in PHP development and architecture, with a strong grasp of frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony, or Zend.
- In-depth understanding of software design principles, including MVC, microservices, and RESTful APIs.
- Expertise in relational databases (e.g., MySQL), along with knowledge of caching, load balancing, and performance optimization techniques.
- Familiar with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- A proven history of leading technical teams and delivering superior software solutions.
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies like Docker.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies (e.g., Vue.js, React) to aid integrated architectural design.
- Possession of a PHP Lead Architect certification or equivalent qualifications.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements for Work Environment:
