What’s the opportunity?
As a Principal Engineer at Intercom, you will spearhead the definition and execution of strategic initiatives within our engineering organization. Your role encompasses building both back-end and front-end systems while collaborating closely with designers, product managers, researchers, and data analysts. You will also mentor fellow engineers and work closely with Group Engineering Managers to shape technical strategies and leadership.

What will I be doing?
