About Radiant Industries
Radiant Industries, headquartered in El Segundo, California, is at the forefront of innovation in the energy sector, pioneering the development of the world's first mass-produced portable nuclear microreactors. Our flagship reactor, Kaleidos, is a groundbreaking 1-megawatt, fail-safe microreactor designed for mobility and can operate for up to five years without needing refueling. This revolutionary portable nuclear power solution offers rapid deployment capabilities, making it a viable alternative to conventional diesel generators, with applications in supporting critical infrastructure such as hospitals, data centers, remote locations, and military installations. Founded in 2020, we are committed to leveraging modern software engineering techniques to deliver safe, factory-built microreactors, utilizing well-established materials. With an ambitious roadmap, we aim to test our first reactor at the Idaho National Laboratory next year and commence initial customer deliveries in 2028.
