About the Role
We are on the lookout for a Principal Software Engineer to spearhead the architectural transformation of Q-CTRL’s product offerings, facilitating quicker delivery, improved scalability, and increased autonomy for our Product teams. This pivotal role is essential for the realization of the Opal Suite architecture, a robust and adaptable ecosystem designed to foster rapid product innovation and expansion. Reporting directly to the VP of Software Engineering, you will coordinate initiatives across various teams and departments, working in close collaboration with Technical Leads, Research, and Engineering Managers.
As a visionary in system architecture, you will champion technical excellence across teams, steering the development of a modular, high-performance architecture that supports seamless integrations and empowers Product teams to innovate independently and swiftly.
