Key Responsibilities:Ownership of The "Path to Production": Define and execute the comprehensive technical journey for customers, from initial design validation to global factory-scale implementation of production applications. Project Execution: Take charge of one or more complex programs by converting strategic initiatives into actionable plans. Ensure overall program execution across all involved organizations, overcoming technical and strategic challenges to meet deliverables successfully. Matrix Management: Provide consistent leadership through influence and example. Keep the team focused on achieving product specifications and project timelines. Ensure continuity throughout the project, managing cross-functional teams to meet deliverables. Multi-Disciplinary Integration: Coordinate specialized engineering workstreams, including Carbon’s materials, software, and hardware products.

This role is highly visible and requires a unique combination of engineering expertise, meticulous program management, and commercial insight. As a leader, you will guide multi-disciplinary teams across materials science, mechanical design, and software to ensure our clients not only adopt our technology but also gain a significant competitive edge.

In your capacity as Technical Program Manager for Production Scale Applications, you will act as the crucial link between Carbon's innovative technology and our clients’ manufacturing processes. You will architect the “Path to Production,” facilitating the introduction of superior manufacturing alternatives for renowned brands globally. Your responsibilities include managing complex, multi-disciplinary programs as the senior technical authority, ensuring the successful integration of Carbon’s DLS™ (Digital Light Synthesis) process into high-volume production for industry leaders across various sectors.
