About the Role:
As the Lead Product Manager (Director level), you will play a pivotal role in bridging Engineering, Customer Experience (CX), Marketing, Retail, Wholesale, and various business stakeholders to deliver innovative digital and omnichannel solutions. You will be responsible for building, mentoring, and leading a team of Product Managers focused on Ecommerce/Marketing, Retail, and Wholesale functions. The ideal candidate will balance strategic vision with hands-on execution, driving product strategies that yield measurable results while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
Define and oversee the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap across Ecommerce/Marketing, Retail, and Wholesale, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and revenue goals.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers, providing guidance, coaching, and fostering best practices across the function.
Act as the key leadership connector among Engineering, Customer Experience, Marketing, and other departments to facilitate the successful execution of product initiatives.
