Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee program schedules and budgets, transforming complex program requirements into clear execution plans.
- Collaborate with the program chief engineer on planning, execution, and delivery of program capabilities.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies, monitoring progress towards goals and initiating corrective actions as necessary.
- Coordinate across various functional teams to enhance outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and promote continuous improvement.
- Manage multiple programs ensuring tracking of cost, schedule, and technical metrics.
- Lead proposal development efforts, ensuring compliance with the gated capture process.
- Foster a collaborative environment through clear direction and constructive feedback.
- Understand customer operational needs to ensure outcomes meet expectations and identify future opportunities.
- Connect across synergistic programs to enhance execution efficiencies and influence STR strategy.
