The R&D department at Ajax encompasses four divisions: System, Device, Automation, and QA.
The Device Department is focused on developing devices for security and automation, tackling significant challenges such as:
- Low-Power: Ensuring devices operate efficiently for extended periods on standard batteries;
- Cost-Effectiveness: Maintaining products within an affordable price range;
- Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Human (DFH): Ensuring that schematics, casings, and elements can be easily replicated in mass production without compromising quality.
Our development primarily utilizes STM32 (alongside other MCUs and SoCs) with Embedded C, and we have built a strong team of talented individuals, including Hardware and Embedded C engineers, industrial designers, and mechanical engineers.
