This initiative aims to empower governmental and commercial entities in making quicker, more informed decisions in areas such as disaster management, infrastructure resilience, and critical geopolitical intelligence.

At Array Labs, we take pride in our end-to-end design and manufacturing capabilities, delivering some of the world's most sophisticated Earth observation satellites. Our fleet is engineered to offer unparalleled accuracy, coverage, and responsiveness, providing critical insights exactly where they are needed.

About the Role
As the Lead RF PCB Layout Engineer, you will take charge of the physical implementation of Array's RF and microwave electronics within Altium. You will translate schematic designs and performance specifications into layouts that are optimized for functionality on the first attempt. Your responsibilities will encompass component placement, controlled impedance routing, stack-up configurations, grounding and shielding strategies, connector and launch designs, as well as the isolation of sensitive RF and mixed-signal domains.

You will work in close collaboration with RF design, electrical, antenna, mixed-signal, mechanical, and test engineers to establish layout constraints, conduct reviews, and oversee manufacturing releases.
